Use a scrub on your lips to exfoliate.
Apply a toner to face to exfoliate, try to opt for alcohol-free toners.
Apply any serums to face and neck, look for one’s with vitamins, antioxidants, collagen, retinol or peptides.
Apply moisturizer to face and neck. The dryness of your skin and your age determines the type of moisturizer you should use, not all are created equal! Don’t forget to use a lip moisturizer as well.
Use a gentle scrub once or twice a week to exfoliate.
