Good day everyone! For today, we are letting a guest blogger take over the blog with a useful topic that she is an expert on: skin care. Chloe Miller is a blogger for HighStyleLife, a lifestyle and beauty blog, and she is going to share her expertise on the subject to enable you to take your skin care efforts to another level.
The facial skin is the most sensitive one. You should be very careful when you choose treatments. From my own experience, I give you recommendations which I hope they will help you.
Microdermabrasion Treatment for Acne
Microdermabrasion treatment helped me a lot when it comes to acnes. In short, it is a technique during which fine crystals are applied on the face. When crystals are removed, a dead layer of skin is removed as well. I think this treatment is a type of exfoliation just stronger than a home-made one. I must say I did not have inflamed acnes, I just had a lot of blackheads. This treatment is not recommended for inflamed acnes as far as I know. I had this treatment every 10 days and I cannot believe the results. My skin looked clearer and smoother. The treatment minimized enlarged pores which lead to less breakouts and cleared the pores which were clogged with dead skin.
After microdermabrasion, I wanted to try enzyme peels since this procedure is the gentlest one. A treatment with enzymes uses natural products such as aloe Vera, pumpkin and pineapple and that is the reason I wanted to try it. I wanted a treatment which stimulates new skin growth and the natural exfoliating process. I am very pleased with the results. My skin was brighter and healthier. I recommend this treatment because it is fairly inexpensive. My skin can be regarded as sensitive and I did not have any side effects. After this procedure, I did not have to avoid the sun exposure which I particularly liked.
One more benefit of enzyme peels is the clearer and smoother skin of the neck and cleavage. I started using enzyme peels after I got pregnant. Since I wanted the gentlest treatment, I tried some home-made products, but I must admit, nothing helped me more than enzyme peels.
Fruit Acid Skin Peel
There is one more treatment I can recommend you. This is the current treatment I am having. Even though I found information that you can made this peel at home, it is generally recommended that you have it done by a professional. What I found different with this treatment is that it does not only removes dead layers of skin, it penetrates the skin more deeply and cleanse it more thoroughly. There is one more reason I like this treatment: it uses natural acids.
I have to warm you that the results cannot be visible immediately after the treatment. After the procedure I started thinking that it is of no use but I decided to do it several more times. And I was right. I asked my dermatologist about that and he told me that top layers of skin are not immediately removed. They peel off naturally after the procedure.
No matter what type of treatment you decide to have, it is very important to choose a high-quality skin clinic and good professionals. Since there are lot of facial rejuvenation clinics in Sydney, I read various reviews, so this is something I can recommend. There are a host of treatments you can choose, depending on what your skin needs.
I hope I have helped you choose at least one of these treatment. Even though they may have helped me, some of them may not help you as well. Remember that every skin is different. However, I warmly recommend to try them as I am genuinely pleased with the results.
